At the Barricades of Freedom

This week, France celebrated Bastille Day, a national holiday celebrating the beginning of the French Revolution (inspired by America's success in it's own revolution!). Celebrate the fight against tyranny with the delectable French classic, Croque Monsieur. Similar to a Monte Cristo, this melty ham and cheese sandwich is sure to be a hit across the board, even with picky eaters.
